Great location near dining. Parking was a bit pricey.

It was just a fitting option for a weekend jaunt in New Braunfels with very good value for money. The room smelled freshly cleaned, which was a nice touch despite the overall wear. Make sure to check the parking situation in advance, as it can be a bit tight.

River access convenient for tubing. The pool needed better cleaning, but staff pleasant. Liked having kayak rentals on-site, too.

I loved relaxing by the outdoor pool and enjoyed the beautiful artwork throughout the hotel during my stay. The seasonal outdoor pool and the cozy leisure room were perfect spots to unwind. Just a heads up, the walls are quite thin, so you can hear neighbors chatting sometimes. 🏖️

I loved the river access with kayaks! The bed was super comfy and the outdoor area looked great for music and relaxation. I'll definitely return for more fun!

I stayed at Hacienda Del Rio for 2 nights with my family. The triple room was spacious and comfortable for all of us. The location was great, just a short walk to the river. The staff was super friendly, making our stay even better. The property was very clean, which is always a plus!

Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service!

I booked a Superior Double Room for two nights and couldn't have been happier. The staff’s warm welcome made me feel right at home. Don't miss the delicious breakfast buffet. the pancakes were heavenly! Just remember to hold the toilet handle down for a full flush.

River access is a standout feature, perfect for tubing and kayaking, which definitely adds to the outdoor fun. The outdoor seating area is nice for barbecuing and lounging, with ample space for gatherings.

The room felt outdated, lacking sufficient lighting, making it a bit of a cave for my tastes. There were leftover items in the bathroom from a previous guest, which made me question the level of cleaning. An overflowing trashcan near the window also contributed to a neglected vibe, and I didn't feel entirely secure with the door lock situation. To top it off, outside lighting was non-existent on my side, making it feel unsafe at night.
